Woodside Homes of Utah

As a Utah County Realtor, I have helped 5 clients build homes with Woodside Homes (3 homes in Vineyard and 2 in American Fork). Every time it has been a positive experience. They are on top of things and they took care of each of our clients. Each client who built with them was satisfied and happy with their home! I will continue to recommend Woodside Homes to my clients in the future as they truly care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to make customers happy!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM WOODSIDE My husband and I put down our deposit for a new construction townhome in July, the townhome wasn’t going to be finished until November. Of course rates and everything changes in August, we back out and they said they wouldn’t give us back deposit unless they could sell it. We waited, they then said they couldn’t put up for sale until it was framed, it didn’t go up for sale until November, it was going to be completed in December. They finally sold it this January, now they said because they never received another deposit they wouldn’t be giving ours back. Had they put it up for sale right away someone else could have put down a deposit but they waited months and completely mislead us. So we lost out on $7,000, we aren’t rich and really needed that money returned. Way to take advantage of the working class families Woodside. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Just received an advertisement email from them and the rage of loosing out on so much money came back so I thought I would leave this review again so buyers can be aware and stay far away from this company. A company that in my opinion takes advantage of people, lies, deceives, and doesn’t care about the people just $$$.

I left a long honest review a month ago and woodside has somehow hidden it and the photos of their bad work I posted. They do very poor work, don’t respond to things in a timely manner and they manipulate google reviews by hiding them and offering incentives to people to leave a good review. I would never buy a woodside home again. We have had so many issues including a leaking pipe in the wall that cause mold, and our home is barely a year old. I do not recommend them.

Well deserved five stars!!! Everyone always told me the home buying experience was a stressful and painful experience so building our first home we were expecting some headache. However, working with Woodside Homes was anything but that. The entire process was super easy, simple, and the communication and customer service was top notch! Made the entire home building process a breeze for us. Seriously -- anything we needed or any questions we had they were hand and foot service to take care of it or get it answered thanks to our sales representative, Chelise. She was absolutely amazing!! Can't say enough good things about her and the team we worked with. Throughout the entire process, we had frequent updates and input. We often had the chance to walk through the house with Nate our superintendent (who is also the man!!) and ensure the quality was what we wanted. If there was anything we didn't like, they took note and took care of it by the next time we saw it. The result we received is an absolutely stunning place we now call home! High-quality work, right on the projected schedule (despite material shortages, supply chain issues, and such) and exactly what we dreamed of. The best part is we still get follow up calls and check-ins from the Woodside team to make sure we are taken care of and if there are any other issues we come across (which are almost non-existent because they do such a good job in the first place). Absolutely would recommend Woodside Homes again and again to anyone looking to build a home!

We bought our home last June through Woodside and had a great experience. The timeline ended up being a little longer than originally anticipated (as is typically the case with a new build) but they were easy to work with (even though we spent 3 of the ~8 months of construction out of the country and another 3 months out of state) and very accommodating. The result is a home we love. They've also been responsive after the sale and have made any necessary repairs (they have a 1 year all-inclusive warranty, in addition to some other warranties.) Would recommend them if you want a great location, value, and home.
